Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

We take product quality and service very seriously. We endeavor to make the customer completely satisfied with his or her purchase.

Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package,

and call our support at 7987052216 (10:30 a.m to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday) on all working days except national holidays) mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you have accepted the

delivery and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the package (or 14 days of purchase)

We reassure you of peace of mind by allowing you to return your product within 3 days of purchase. In such cases, we will either replace it as the case may be without any hassles. You will have to do the following:

As soon as you find the product defective or damaged please get in touch with our customer care at info@nigolifeline.com or call/WhatsApp us at 7987052216 (10:30 a.m to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday) on all working days except national holidays) and notify us of the nature of your complaint. You may have to send us an image/snap of the damaged product if necessary for us to raise a claim at our end with the shipping agency.

After you contact us for a return, you will receive a response explaining the process. You will have to ensure that the product is returned with the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices. Please ensure that product is strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further

damage to products during transit

– Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up (India only) of the item through our courier partners like DTDC, Fedex, Bluedart Aramex, etc. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will bear the courier costs. This is applicable for damaged or defective goods only. For the exchange or return of valid items, return shipping charges will be borne by you 

– Please remember that we will refund/compensate/reimburse you after receipt of the returned item within 3 working days through the following option.

  • Send your replacements (wherever applicable) subject to the availability of the particular product.
  • NOT Refundable 

– If the customer is returning the product for any reasons other than damaged or defective product, he/she will bear the cost of couriering the product back to us in its original condition

Delivery in India – We have tied up with reputed service providers like DTDC, FedEx, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure that your shipment is delivered safely, securely, and within stipulated timelines. Shipment delivery times are usually between 4 – 7 working days, however, far-flung regions in the northeast and rural hinterland areas in some states make take more time for delivery due to logistical issues. Also, some states follow procedural issues like submission of Sales Tax forms that may cause additional delays and charges (additional state levies applied locally to be borne by the customer). 

Cancellation – no cancellation facility available.

After receipt of payment, we promptly send you the questionnaire as per the details provided during registration and checkout. You need to fill the details honestly & accurately to the best of your knowledge and mail us back.

Our Homeopathic experts will analyze and evaluate your case. Then as per your requirement will arrange a voice or video call.

After the Doctor’s consultation, we will send your medication to your address.
